Obituary of Bernard Alfred Trepanier

TREPANIER, Bernard Alfred, December 23, 1934 - June 28, 2014 79 years, of Tilbury, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at his home with his family at his side. Loving husband of Doreen (nee Donais) for over 52 years. Proud father of Diane, Michael, Susan (Alain), Maurice (Monica), David, and Julie (John). Dear grandfather of Jennifer, Melissa, Christina, Tiffany, Stephanie, Matthew, Elsa, Rohan and Valeska. Great grandfather of Kendra, Emelie and Sawyer. Predeceased by parents Norman and Martha Trepanier. Dear brother of Madeleine and Rosaire (Rachel), Dear brother-in-law of Antoine Donais, Jeannine (Frank) Ouellette, Larry (Gaynor) Donais, Cecile Laforet. Dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Bernard was born and raised on a farm in St. Joachim and had a passion at a very young age to farm the land. He moved to Tilbury to marry a city girl and raise a family. He was an Income Tax Consultant for over 45 years and loved to read, give advice and gain knowledge from all his family, loyal customers and fellow farmers. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Friday, July 4, 2014 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. K of C prayers 8:30 p.m. Friday. Funeral Service at the funeral home on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
