I would like to extend my sincere condolences to Georgina's family and friends as she was a very kind and generous person. My mother Marie shared fond memories of working at Bell and the Ladies she worked along side. I looked but sadly could not find the picture of them at the switchboard. I'm sure when the Lord made the call to bring her to heaven the "Tilbury Belle's" that passed on before were there to welcome her home.

We thank the Lord for Georgina being so very loving, kind hearted, gifted and knowledgeable in many disciplines. She mentored many young ladies to serve the Lord at Wilmar Heights Baptist Church. She was a very generous and caring servant of our Lord.
She is home with her Lord whom she served faithfully here on earth.
Our sincere condolences to Georgina's family. May God bring comfort to you as you grieve her passing.

David: Sorry for your loss of your Sister & Aunt.
Jean: She was such an lovely lady. They shared their Toronto home, & her recipes. We made them again once back at our home.
I remember her decorating Tilbury church tables with centrepiece Canada flag napkins & Canada flags. She knew exactly how to make a place welcoming & beautiful!
We had a nice visit with her in her Chatham apartment. I saw her wedding picture which is such a Great photo of them! Also, I saw a keyboard & I remembered her being the Toronto church organist.
Facebook friends for years - Facebook reminded me it was her birthday in January 2024. Got to pass along a Birthday Greeting through a mutual friend.
We have such great memories of them. Praise God Georgina's home with God & Sandy!
We are there with you all in spirit. Hugs

Dearest Jean: Georgina also spoke of you fondly. I loved hearing about all the wonderful ways in which she faithfully served her Toronto church. I wish I had the pleasure to hear her play the organ and the piano and did you know she also played the harmonica? My condolences to her surviving family members and her church family and friends. I’m sorry that I can’t be there in person to pay my respects.

I have been blessed to know Georgina since I was around 20 years old when we worked together at a hospital for children with special needs. I “adopted” her as my grandmother. For the past 6 years, we spoke on a weekly basis. I enjoyed our conversations and I looked forward to our calls. Every time I spoke to her, she witnessed to me. In November 2021, after a phone call with Georgina, I surrendered to the Lord and was saved. We shared a mutual love for cats and she had fond memories of her own cats. She often spoke about how faithful and loving her dear Sandy was to her and how she missed him so. Even through her trials, she still hoped on the Lord. I rejoice that she is reunited with her beloved Sandy and in the presence of our Lord and Saviour. I will miss her dearly and my Sundays at 4pm will never be the same. She was a kind, caring, loving Christian woman who boldly shared the gospel with whomever she came across and humbly served the Lord with great care. I feel so blessed to have had her in my life and I regularly praise the Lord for using Georgina to call me to repentance to receive salvation. I will never forget my sweet Georgina.

Thanking God for a beautiful life lived in the service of others. We knew this beloved couple Sandy and Georgina from our days at Wilmar Heights Baptist Church, Toronto where they served so faithfully and were such a blessing to many of us. We will always cherish the memories of their love and deep friendship and rejoice that they are now with their Lord and Savior.

Georgina and Sandy were gracious, generous and kind supporters during our time together at Wilmar Heights in Toronto. The office chair I'm sitting is now is an example of their thoughtfulness and love. I rejoice that they are with the Saviour they loved - but I wish I could give her one last hug!
