Obituary of Gerald Joseph Gaudreau

GAUDREAU, Gerald

77 years, of Tilbury, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Chatham-Kent Hospice.  Beloved husband of the late Gloria Ann Gaudreau (nee Donais, 1987).  Son of the late Art and Alice (nee St. Denis) Gaudreau.  Loving father of Suzie Gaudreau, Kelly (Janine) Gaudreau, Laurie (Shawn) Osadchuk, Lonny (Rebekah) Gaudreau.  Devoted grandfather of Kyle, William Jr., Justin, Brandon, Ashley, Melissa, Sarah, Kevin, Ryleigh, Brayson, Braya and 6 great-grandchildren.  Dear brother of Donald (2011), Bernice Marentette, Leonard (1988), Doris (Ray) Rivard, and Mary Ann Bolton (Denis).  Brother-in-law of Hector (Rose) Donais, Aurora (late Doug) Lebert, Lorette (late Fred) Regnier, Doreen (Joe) Belanger, Francis (Beatrice) Donais, and Darlene (Dan) Iannicello.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Special thanks to Heather, Deb and Gerald Lajoie, Jon Anne, Brittany, PSW's Krista and Crystal and the staff at Chatham-Kent Hospice for the loving and compassionate care that they gave Gerald.  Cremation has taken place.  Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury, on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 9-11 a.m., with Memorial Service commencing at 11:00 a.m.  Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Chatham-Kent Hospice appreciated.  Online condolences may be shared at www.reaumefh.com
