PELTIER, James “Jim” Francis

71 years, of Tilbury, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Chatham-Kent Hospice. Beloved husband of the late Diane Peltier (2018). Loving father of James (Michelle) Peltier and Janice (Bryan) Jessop. Dear Pépé of Daniel and Jocelyn Peltier and Reid Jessop. Son of the late Edgar and Helen Peltier (nee Smalley). Brother of Theresa (late William) Matthys, late Mary (Dave) Goodreau, and Gerald (Elaine) Peltier. Son-in-law of the late Rene and surviving Pauline (nee Donais) Blain. Brother-in-law of David (Elaine) Blain, Judy (Ken) Blain, Donald (late Aline) Blain, and Annette (Roger) Desimpel. He will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury, on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Francis Xavier Church on Jim’s 72nd birthday, Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Please note, there will be no visitation prior to Mass. Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Tilbury. In lieu of flowers, donations to Chatham-Kent Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation appreciated.
