Obituary of Kenneth George Haynes

HAYNES, Ken

72 years, of Tilbury, lost his battle to Cancer on June 8, 2019 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice with his family by his side.  Ken was the son of the late Eric G. Haynes and Dorothy Haynes (nee Larsen). He is survived by the love of his life Angie Mayhew. Loving father of Eric Haynes, and Samantha Haynes. Loved and missed by grandson Haysh and granddaughter Denym.  Best of buddies, “Kenny boy” will be missed by Dennis Mayhew and T. Mayhew. Fun “Pops” and Grampa to Jaida, Jeremy Martin and Anakin.  He is survived by sister Jill Chalmers (Bob 2016), brother Rick Haynes (Heather), and nieces, a nephew and a great nephew. He will also be missed by his "Little Buddy" Tigger.  Ken loved life; golf, family and friends were a large part of that life.  He was kind hearted and generous there was nothing he wouldn't do for those he loved. Ken was a well respected realtor with Realty House for over 30 years. He went above and beyond for his work family and will be missed by all. The family would like to thank Dr. Sanatani and staff at the London Victoria Hospital for the wonderful care and compassion Ken received. A special thanks to all the wonderful caring nurses and volunteers at the Chatham-Kent Hospice.  Family and friends are invited to the internment service Saturday, July 6, 2019, at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery at 1:30 P.M.
