My condolences on the passing of your Dad. I met him 30 years ago and I can say he is one man that even then it was a memorable meeting every time. He went through some tough times as you know but he spoke of his kids whether good or bad He loved them all. He always had a smile and that laugh that made you feel good when you were down. He saw you for who you were and to him you were a friend. I haven’t see you kids in a long time but I’m proud of how far you have all come. Never forget who you are and where you came from. It is a part of you and who you are. Your Dad will always be with you and now takes the spot in above watching over those he loved.

I am happy to say that I stopped to have friendly chats with Phil , last summer and fall. He was outside near Ashleys Place , trying to keep out of the sun. We joked about his beer run with the grocery cart. He sure was a gentle talker and seemed easy-going. Glad I met him.
