Obituary of Monica Marie Marchand

MARCHAND, Monica (St. Denis) 95 years, of Tilbury, passed away at Tilbury Manor on Friday, November 4, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Hilaire Marchand (2006). Loving mother of Victor and Jeannette Marchand, Gerald (Joe) and Patricia Marchand, Janet Marchand, and the late Rose Mary Lauzon (1996). Dearest grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 19 Great grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Hormidas St. Denis (1993) and Mary (Giroux) St. Denis (1941). Dear sister of the late Alice Gaudreau (2008), Raymond St. Denis (1996), and Clarence St. Denis (2002). Dear sister-in-law of Lorraine St. Denis and Beatrice St. Denis. Dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Marchand was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Women’s League. Visitation at St. Francis Xavier Church, 32 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Funeral Mass to commence at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. Memorial donations to Catholic Women’s League appreciated.
