75 years, of Tilbury, passed away suddenly, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.  Beloved husband of Betty Brown (nee Forsyth).  Loving father of Leigh Anne Brown (Mark McMullin) and Karen Lynn (Drew) Alkemade.  Cherished grandfather of Joshua, Aiden, and Alicia McMullin and Claire, Emma, and Brandon Alkemade.  Predeceased by parents Charles E. and Helen L. (nee Preston) Brown.  According to Richard's wishes cremation has taken place.  Memorial visitation at Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury, on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 2-5 p.m.  Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association.  Online condolences may be shared at www.reaumefh.com
