ROBERT, Germaine Edna (Mailloux) With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of our mother and grandmother on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Paul Robert (2005). Loving mother of Marcel (Colleen), Stoney Point; Diane (Paul) Marcoux, St. Joachim; and Richard, Windsor. Dearest mémé of Jordan and Mitchell. Predeceased by her parents Arthur (1974) and Bertha (1990) Mailloux and her father-in-law Leo (1993) and mother-in-law Cecilia (1989) Robert. Dear sister of Marcella (Herman 1977) Demers, Annette (2011) and Adelard (1998) Sylvestre, Therese Glasier, Juliette (Irvin) Ducharme, Rene Mailloux (1977) and Theresa (Lee Beecroft). Dear sister-in-law of Don (Bernice) Robert, Larry (Anne) Robert, Henry (Elsie) Robert, Annette Regnier (Tom Maynard), Jeannette (Bev) Handsor, and Mary (Tom) Burton. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Our Mom loved to play cards and bingo, to listen to music, and dance. She will be sadly missed by the residents and staff of Tilbury Manor, to whom we owe heartfelt thanks for the great care and compassion given to her for the last 5 years. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 21 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., with parish prayers at 3:00 p.m., at Paul Reaume Funeral Home, Comber and on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Visitation Parish, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Robert Champagne and Fr. Dwayne Adam officiating. Interment at St. Joachim Cemetery. In kindness, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society or the Visitation Church Building Fund.
