Obituary of Lettie Ewasyke

EWASYKE, Lettie (Karpiuk) Loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and Babu. Born March 3, 1916 at Hamilton, Ontario. Passed away August 4, 2011. A long time resident of Windsor and Tilbury, she will be sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Patricia Kominar (John) and Georgina Morgan (Joe DaSilva), 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband Walter (1998), son Walter (1991) (Doreen-1995), daughter Barbara Krech (2006) (Mike-2010), parents George and Anne Karpiuk, brothers William (Thelma), Robert (Della), John (Nancy), and in-laws Kost and Maria Ewasyke, Peter (Beatrice), Bill (Mary), Michael, Kate (Nick), and Louise. In accordance with Lettie’s final wishes, a private interment has taken place in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Tilbury on August 5, 2011.
