MARENTETTE, Remie 77 years of Staples, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Leamington District Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Rose-Marie (nee Bechard). Loving father of Gary & Debbie Marentette, John & Janet Marentette, Jo-Ann & Rick Attwell, Elaine Miner (late Dan Miner) & Todd Mailloux, and Nancy & Dan MacDonald. Special grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren. Dearest son of Irene & late Norman Marentette. Dear brother of Rejean Nantais, Clem & late Linda Marentette, late Donald, Shirley & late Paul Trudell, and Stanley & Helen Marentette. Brother-in-law of Joan Egervary. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Paul Reaume Funeral Home, Comber, on Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Family and friends will continue to be received at Visitation Parish Church, Comber on Monday, November 8, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Staples.
