Obituary of Shirley Ann Cedar

CEDAR, Shirley Ann (Quinn) 59 years, of Tilbury, passed away at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Sunday, June 19, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Leo Cedar (1998). Loving mother of Cassandra Cedar and fiancé Wayne Bowles Jr. of Windsor, Meka Cedar and husband Carlos Alves of Tilbury, and Leila Cedar of Tilbury. Cherished grandmother of Julian Trepanier, Alexandra Robert, and Madison Alves. Predeceased by parents John and Bernice (Moore) Quinn. Dear sister of the late Kenneth Quinn and surviving wife Joanne of Windsor, Judith and husband Gerald Krieger of Chatham, Betty Gonzales of Colborne, Dennis Quinn and wife Donna of Chatham, Bernita Jones and late husband Bob Brown (2011) of Tilbury, and Timothy Quinn of Chatham. Dearly missed by several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral service at the funeral home Friday, June 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Fr. Ray Lawhead officiating. Interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Memorial donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association, or charity of choice appreciated.
