Obituary of Brian A. Wilkinson

WILKINSON, Brian A. 61 years, of Woodslee, passed away surrounded by his family at Windsor Regional Hospital on Thursday, June 16, 2011. Beloved husband and best friend of Elaine (Trepanier). Loving father of Michelle Boose & fiancé Mariano Meconi, late Darin Wilkinson (1971), Sherri & Anthony Burke, and Todd Wilkinson. Proud grandfather of Brad, Mike, Lauren, Brandon, Tyler Boose and Jaden and Jasmine Burke. Predeceased by parents Ivan Wilkinson and Dolores Tatomir, brothers Larry Wilkinson and Bradley Wilkinson, and in-laws Rosaire and Pearl Trepanier. Dear brother-in-law of Edna (late Eugene) Beaulieu and Lawrence (Betty) Trepanier. Life long friend of Rene & Carol Tellier. Brian retired from Chrysler Canada after 33 years and was a farmer at heart. After his retirement in 2000, he pursued his love of camping and travelling. He was known as “Mr. Fix It” to his family and friends and he loved to help others. Visitation at Paul Reaume Funeral Home, Comber from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, and at Visitation Parish Church, Comber from 10:00-10:45 a.m. on June 20, 2011 with Funeral Mass commencing at 11:00 a.m. Parish prayers Sunday at 3:00 p.m. K of C prayers Sunday at 8:00 p.m. Interment at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Staples.
