Obituary of Geraldine Eloria Thomas

MAILLOUX-THOMAS, Geraldine November 10, 1925 – April 10, 2016 After a short, courageous battle with cancer went peacefully to be with her Lord. Beloved wife of late Raymond A. Mailloux (1999) and the late Howard Thomas (2014). Loving mother of Ernest (Cheryl) (late Linda) Mailloux, Doris (Frank) Lepain, Jerome (Sandra) Mailloux, Patricia Mailloux, Leo (Renee) Mailloux, Kenneth (Yvette) Mailloux, Claire (Rick) Tessier, and late Roland Mailloux. Loved Mémé to 22 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Also survived by brothers and sisters in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to Heron Terrace, Tecumseh for the exceptional care and the support of the Hospice Team. Geraldine was a lifelong member of Les Dames de Ste. Anne and C.W.L. and a member of Le Club l’Age d’Or le Foyer. Visitation at Paul Reaume Funeral Home, 5657 Comber Side Road, Comber from 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016. C.W.L. prayers Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. Parish prayers Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. with Deacon Frank Lepain. Visitation will continue at St. Anne’s, Catholic Church, Tecumseh from 9:30-10:15 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2016 with Funeral Mass commencing at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Dwayne Adam celebrant. Interment to follow at Annunciation Cemetery, Stoney Point. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Visitation Parish Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
