Obituary of Helen Labonte

LABONTE, Helen 78 years, of Stoney Point passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Beloved wife of Alphonse Labonte. Loving mother of Edward Labonte, Diane (Patrick) Vander Pryt, Gerald (Keena) Labonte, Suzette (Charles) Curley, the late Alphonse Jr., Jeanine (Denis) Comartin, and the late Annette Labonte. Dearest grandmother of Shawn, Scott, Nicholas, Matthew, Nathan, Raymond and Brielle. Daughter of the late George and Rose May (Laporte) Rivard. Helen is survived by siblings Raymond (Doris) Rivard, Roger (Pauline) Rivard, Linda (John) Upcott, Pat (Richard) Blain and predeceased by siblings Jeannette (surviving husband Dominic) Gilbeault, Robert Rivard, and Rene (surviving wife Lynda) Rivard. Dear step-sister of the late Irene Jenner, Theresa Subety, late Doreen Ewart, and Gary Laporte. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 7-9 p.m. Friday. Family and friends will be received at Visitation Parish Church, Comber on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until commencement of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Joachim Cemetery, St. Joachim.
