Penny was a long past neighbour of ours when we lived two houses down from her and Don. She would always stop in when our children were playing outside just to bend down and give them a little tickle or tweek their cheeks. Our deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family..know well that she is no longer suffering and can enjoy her life up in Heaven. The Oliver's...Gary, Bernadette, Brandon and Kaitlin
