Obituary of Marie Mae Mae Chevalier

CHEVALIER, Marie Mae (nee Bechard) 93 years, of Pointe-aux-Roches, passed away in Florida on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 with her daughter Blanche by her side. Beloved wife of the late Gerard Chevalier (1984). She leaves behind her children Blanche Beneteau (Aurele), Euclide Chevalier (Sandi), and Yvette Bondy (Louis). Dearest grandmother of Jean Paul Beneteau, Michel Beneteau, Micheline Corneil (Douglas), Andre Beneteau (Janet), Louis Bondy (Stephanie Ganderton), Renee Bondy (Yevgene Gudkov), Matthieu & Gerard Chevalier. Great-grandmother of 10 great-grandchildren. Sister of Raymond Bechard, (late) Lawrence Bechard, and (late) Ernest Bechard. Maman was a member of Le Club de L’Age d’Or “Le Foyer” de Pointe-aux-Roches, La F.F.C.F., et Le Centre Culture St. Cyr. Founding member and retired from La Caisse Populaire de Pointe-aux-Roches where she was the loans manager for many years. Visitation at Paul Reaume Funeral Home, Comber from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, and at Visitation Parish Church from 10 a.m.-10:45 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Funeral Mass to commence at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Annunciation Cemetery.
