Obituary of William Theodore Diesbourg

96 years, of Tilbury, passed away at Tilbury Manor on Monday, November 12, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Aurore (Duquette) (Reaume) (August 11, 2012) and the late Jeanne (Ouellette) (1981). Loving father of Ted (Linda) Diesbourg, Emily (Roland) Bellemore, Lorette (Stuart) Kirkland, Carol (Brad) Primeau, and Mark (Kathy) Diesbourg. Step-father of Betty (late Phil, 1992) Tetreault, Jim (Carol) Duquette, the late Leona (2009) (late Marc, 2008) Quenneville, and Janet (late Wayne, 1999) Bellamy. Dearest grandfather of 26 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter. Predeceased by parents Felix Diesbourg (1976) and Rebecca (Soulliere) Diesbourg (1994). Dear brother of the late Pete (late Emma) Diesbourg, the late Elie (late Emilie) Diesbourg, Mae (late Donat) Tremblay, late sibling Minnie Diesbourg, John (Bernadette) Diesbourg, the late Frank (surviving wife Margaret) Diesbourg, and George (Madeleine) Diesbourg. Dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Bill farmed all his life and during retirement enjoyed square dancing and travelling. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Parish prayers 4 p.m. Wednesday. Msgr. A.J. Funeral service from the funeral home Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 10 a.m., then to St. Francis Xavier Church, Tilbury for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Merlin.
