Obituary of Laurie Elaine Theresa Goodreau

With her mother and sisters at her side, Laurie passed away peacefully, at the young age of 50, at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Thursday October 18, 2012. Laurie fought her battle with cancer with great strength and a determined will. She will be sorrowfully missed by her two sons, Westley Carrick and Kyle Goodreau. Laurie is survived by her mother Margaret and the late Lawrence (1975) Goodreau. Sister to Joe (Patsy) Drummond, late Gene (2007) (surviving wife Susan) Goodreau, Joanne Rivard, Cathy (John) Postma, Larry (Corrie) Goodreau, Donna (late Paul (1996)) Lefaive) & Jay St. Pierre, Ralph (Cindy) Goodreau, Brenda (Jake) Timmermans, Debbie (Rick) Postma. Also remembered by many, many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews, and friends. A private immediate family service will be held following cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tilbury Information and Help Centre - Food Bank or the Gene Goodreau Patient Assistance Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Reaume Funeral Home Tilbury.
