HAZZARD, Melissa Victoria

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Melissa Hazzard on August 4th, 2024, at the age of 54. Born and raised in Sarnia and currently calling Stoney Point home. Loving wife to Jeanne Hamelin of 13 years.
She will be missed by her brothers, sister, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and co-workers.

While working at St. Clair Parkway Golf Course, Melissa fell in love with golfing and for the past 13 years she enjoyed working many roles at the Marriott Luxury Hotels. She could be found keeping up with many sports, especially her Toronto Maple Leaf team and always said she had “Blue Blood”. She enjoyed many Summers at the cottage at Pike Bay and insisted they had the best sunsets. She also enjoyed travelling to various places using her Marriott perks!

She will be missed by her cats and backyard birds.  Melissa, you have reached the 19 th hole, enjoy your daily tee off time.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal Street West, Tilbury, Ontario, on Friday September 6, 2024, from 2:00 PM -  5:00 PM. A Euology will be given at 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Windsor Humane Society  would be appreciated.
