Obituary of Carol Elaine Fleury

Carol Elaine Fleury (nee Rhea) 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, Carol Elaine Fleury of Chatham, on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the age of 83.  Loving Wife of the late Howard (Howie, 2004). Caring Mother of the late Wayne (2012)(Michelle), Ken (Joanne), Elaine (Rick), Jim (Penny), Michael (Theresa), and Darren Fleury.  Cherished Grandmother of Jennifer (Brandon), Felicia (Kevin), Michael, Tammy, Chelsea (Jacob), Kurtis (Hannah), Holly, Dawn, Nicole, Matthew (Barbara), Rachel (Cameron), Dylan (Nicole), Josh, Tyler, and Diamond. Proud Great-Grandma Carol to Nolan, Reese, Everlyn, Austyn, Carson, and Sophia.  Missed beyond measure by many dear friends, especially Lois Slakat who she held dear to her heart. Carol and Howard spent many years as foster parents, spreading their love to many children. She enjoyed spending her time in the garden, camping, and always treasured spending special moments with her family. 

Family and friends are invited to gather at Reaume Funeral Home Inc. in Tilbury, on Tuesday July 30th, 2024 from 7-9pm. Cremation will follow and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations to the Chatham branch of P.A.W. Pet and Wildlife Rescue in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
