Obituary of John Garfield Innes

INNES, John  Garfield

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved John after a long and courageous battle with cancer, on Monday  June 3rd, 2024 at the age of 62.

Cherished husband of Elizabeth (Liz)(Imeson) Innes for 35 years. Beloved father of the late Thomas (April 2024) and fiancé Jen Siemens and JJ (John James). Loving son of the late Bill and Ruth Innes. Loving Son-in-law to the late Duain and Marian Imeson. Dear brother of Virginia (Wayne) Jenner and William (Liessel) Innes. Brother-in-law of Tammy Imeson, Brian (Rachelle) Imeson and John (Eilene) Imeson. Special uncle of many nieces and nephews.

John was an avid bowler and dart player. He loved taking his boys fishing, watching Thomas excel at sports, and leading JJ’s Tilbury Scouts group.
