It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Cecile Thibert at Erie Shores Hospice on March 26, 2024. Beloved wife of the late George Thibert.  Cherished mother of Pauline (Larry) Dunlop, Jerry (Mary) Thibert, Ed (Janine) and Ken (Lise) Thibert.  Meme of Michelle, Jeff and Rachel, Bev and Jeremy, Trevor and Lydia.  Great-Meme of Lillian and Hailey, Mackena, Bailey and Payton, Jordan, Cayce and Cole, Eric, Jeannette and Nicole, Xander and Alyssa, Tanner and Owen, Klaire and Lane.  Loved sister of the late Yvonne Girard, late Florence (late Bill) Lemire, late Hector (Claire) Girard, late Eugene Girard, late Omer (late Anne) Girard, late René (late Agnes) Girard and Theresa (late Leo Phaneuf) (Patrick) Cullen.  And she will be dearly  missed by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral visitation will be held at Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Monday, April 1, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with CWL Prayers at 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Funeral service from the funeral home on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. then to St. Francis Xavier Church, 32 Canal St. W., Tilbury for Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Erie Shores Hospice, Windsor Regional Cancer Centre, or The Rotary Foundation - End Polio Now,  are appreciated.
