Obituary of Gerard Francis Lefebvre

It's with great sadness that we say goodbye to Gerard Lefebvre, 87, of Tilbury. Gerard took his last breath, peacefully on March 13, 2024 with his family by his side.

Loving husband of Shirley (nèe Reaume) for 63 beautiful years. Dedicated father of Dave and wife Jackie. Proud Pepé of Nathan. Missed by his brother Jerome 'Pete' and wife Barb. Sister-in-law Karen and husband Marcel Quenneville. Son of the late Cephore (1961) and Beatrice (nèe Montminy) 1991. Late father-in-law Alcide Reaume 'Sid' 1994 and wife Caroline (nèe Clouthier) 2004. Late sister-in-law Margaret 1992 and loving uncle 'Moncle' to many.

He is dearly missed by his dog Sasha and best friend Sweet Pea Laurie.

Gerard always put his family first and was known for his infectious smile. His kindness touched the lives of many. He loved to bowl, fish and spent endless hours in his woodshop. One could say he had sawdust in his veins. We would also like to thank the staff at the MET Hospital Cancer Ward for their special care and love. Also to Dr. Fahar Khan for her compassion and support. They made Gerard feel at home.

Cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Donations to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation:
