Obituary of Ronald Edward Sova

It is with tremendous sadness the family of Ronald Edward Sova (59) share his passing Thursday February 15th 2024 after a brief but courageous battle. Ron will be forever loved by his wife Jodi Fluker and cherished son Riley Sova. Loved Grandson of the late Marwood and Norma Sova. Treasured Brother of Danielle & Donald Lanoue, Heather Sova, predeceased by Ryan Sova (1973).  Adored brother in law of Jay & Kari Pimentel.  Beloved son of Ron & Joanne Sova and Carole Gow. Loved son in law of Nellie & late Bryon Fluker. Ron was the adored Uncle to Marisa (Tyler Pickergill) Lanoue, Justin Lanoue, Kyle Lanoue, Ashley (Joe Stasuik) & Aston Sova and Lexcie Pimentel. Precious Great Uncle to Armand & Charleigh (best friend) Lanoue, Wyatt & Selena Sova and Kenneth Pickergill. Adored nephew of Harold & Doreen Devine. Special Uncle to Brette (Trent) Lansue. Ron will be missed by his precious fur companion Stella. Ron was employed at Vista Print and will be missed by his many coworkers he considered friends. Ron loved his family and friends and the life he made in Comber. His greatest pleasure was hosting weekend beer breaks in his garage. He will be forever remembered as a caring man with the sharp sense of humor and sarcastic comebacks.

A private family grave site will be held for Ron. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Comber Legion, 6420 Main Street, Comber, on Sunday February 25 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM for all to hold a beer in his honor.  In Lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Erie Shores Hospice: https://www.eshf.ca/donations/erie-shores-health-foundation/ would be greatly appreciated.
