Debra Lynn HILLMAN, also known as Mémé, Aunt Deb, Mom, and Sis.
63 years, of Tilbury, passed away peacefully after her battle with cancer on Friday, November 17, 2023. Beloved daughter of Lloyd and Martha Hillman and daughter in-law of the late Barney & Gladys Rivait. Loving wife of late Moe Rivait. Devoted Mother and Step-mother to Jeannine Lantin, Sean Rivait & Karen Kestelyn, Maggie Rivait & Nathan Davidson, Jason & Kerri Rivait. Loving Grandmother to 10 grandchildren and Great-Grandmother to 3 great-grandchildren. Beloved Sister and Sister-In-Law to Majorie (late Carl) Hillman, Robert (late MaryAnne) Boose, Linda (late Ken) Thompson, Nancy & René Marentte, Ken Hillman & Linda Parker, (late Helen Rivait), Anne Rivait, Marcel & Judy Rivait, Francis & Margaret Rivait and Denise Rivait. She leaves behind her cherished furry companion Kola. She loved to travel with Moe and spend time with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a woman that enjoyed spending time with all of her friends. A fisherwoman who loved catching fish and having great Northen adventures. Debra had a strong Will and an open ear to listen with. A special thank you to the Hospice team in Leamington, especially Natalie Germain, for all they have done for her. Thank you to everyone that has stopped by and supported her in any way.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Comber Legion, 6420 Main St, Comber, Ontario, on Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM. In lieu of Flowers, donations to the Erie Shores Hospice, the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation, and the Comber or Tilbury Legion would be appreciated.
