82 years, of Tilbury, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday September 28, 2023. She was born on Saturday April 26, 1941 in Chatham, the daughter of Mac and June (née Ronson) Cheetham. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Nussey (2005) and surviving common-law husband Don Ward of 14 years. Devoted mother of Janice (Dan) Bowes, Ronald "Jeff" (Tammy) Nussey, John (Judy) Nussey, and Ronnalee (Brad Mardling), step-son Tom (Kim) Ward. Cherished grandmother of Jake, Danielle, Benjamin, Dylan, Justin, Jessica, Jaden,Candice, Cole, and Cassidy. Cherished great-grandmother of Chevy, Rebel, and Scarlett. Loved sister of (late) Doug (Jessie) Cheetham and Garry (Cheryl) Cheetham. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews. She was a passionate card player and fierce competitor when playing euchre. Jeanne and Don loved to travel and were Florida Snowbirds.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 4th from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Reaume Funeral Home Inc. 6 Canal Street West, Tilbury and Thursday, October 5th from 10:00-10:45 AM. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 5th from 11:00-12:00 PM at Reaume Funeral Home Inc. 6 Canal Street West, Tilbury.
