Obituary of Magella Therese Mailloux
MAILLOUX, Magella (Madge),
96 years, formerly of Comber, passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Madge was born in St. Joachim, on October 16, 1926, the daughter of Joseph and Ida (Parent) Tremblay. Beloved wife of the late Felix (2010). Dear mother of Marc (Joanne) of Leamington, Roger (Marion) of Petrolia, Paulette Duplessie of Richmond Hill and Janine of Tecumseh. Dear mémé of Kim (Preston) Gallant, Carrie, David (Patti), Steven (Laurel) and Jeff (Lindsay) Mailloux, nine great-grandchildren, and four great great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Pat (2006), her siblings and their spouses: Donat (Mae), Gabriel (Dorothy), Sylvio (Angeline), Imelda (Adelard) Fleury, and also predeceased by all of her Mailloux in-laws: Charles (Elizabeth), Andrew (Doreen), Edmond, Raymond (Rosemary), Agnes (Dolphis) Caza, Cecile (Pete) Messina, and Frank (Yvette) Wood. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Magella volunteered for 24 years at Country Village Nursing Home and was a member of the CWL since 1959. Visitation will be held at the Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W, Tilbury, from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023. Visitation will continue on Saturday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at Visitation Parish, 5407 Comber Side Rd, Comber, ON, N0P 1J0. The funeral mass will follow at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Comber. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Visitation Parish Building Fund.
