Obituary of Olive and Donald Demers

DEMERS, Donald and Olive Rosalie (Nee Marchand)

Both of Tilbury, Olive passed away peacefully, at home, on Monday, August 21, 2023 at the age of 88.  Donald passed away November 30, 2015 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 79.  Survived by children Kathy Campbell (Bryan Smith), Annette Zelinski (Horst Schwuchow), Cynthia (Ralph) Goodreau, and Sherry Carder.  Loving Papa and Mémé of Joseph, Jeff, Allan, Tricia, Ryan, Cory, Devon and Jennifer and Papa and Super Mémé to 11 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way.  Also survived by siblings, in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 9 to 10:45 am. with a funeral service for both Donald and Olive to follow at 11:00 a.m.  Interment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Tilbury.  Donations to the Alzheimers Society or a local charity of your choice appreciated.
