Obituary of Elaine Mary Quenneville

QUENNEVILLE, Elaine (nee Marentette)

83 years, of Stoney Point, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2023 at Erie Shores Hospice. Surrounded by loved ones and was welcomed into her Angel’s arms, her beloved late husband Luc (1994). Predeceased by parents Henri (1978) and Ella (nee Meloche)(1997) Marentette. Devoted and cherished mother of Jennifer & Robert Covyeow, Marie-Anne & Real Bisson, Linda & Bob Laidlaw, and Diane & Mike Laliberte. Adored Meme or Mim to Karly & Bruce Ebright, Brandie & Justin Yelle, Meagan & Jay Bulley, Cory Covyeow, Alexa Bisson, Tyler & Holly Laidlaw, and Lucas Laidlaw. Special Meme Quenneville to 7 great-grandchildren. Loving Sister to Donald and Laurette Marentette, Roland (2017) & Sandy Marentette, Len (2016) and Carolyn (2022) Marentette, Joanne (2021) & Bob Heaton, Mona & Jerome Souilliere. Survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place.  Family and friends will be received at Visitation Parish Church, Comber on Friday August 18, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. with Memorial Mass commencing at 11:00 a.m.  Interment to follow at Annunciation Cemetery, Stoney Point.  Mom was blessed to spend her final 10 days in such a compassionate environment, we will always be grateful. In her memory, please consider a donation to the Erie Shores Hospice in lieu of flowers.
