Obituary of Giles Joseph Seroule Rivard

Giles Joseph Seroule Rivard,

Formerly of Tilbury, passed away peacefully at Chatham Hospital on Thusday, August 10, 2023, at the age of 80 years old. He was born on Thursday September 24, 1942 in Tilbury.  Survived by his dear wife Rose Mary Rivard (Jubinville) and children, Sara Rivard (Dursun), Jason Rivard (Susan). Loving brother of surviving siblings Annette (Donal) McCollum , Tom (Janice) Rivard and Cheryl (Michael) McLean , sister in-law Judy (Gerald) Williamson. Also survived by Uncle John Rivard, Aunt Leah Fleming (Rivard) Aunt Rita Trulson (Rivard) and 6 nephews and nieces and many cousins.

Predeceased by his parents Sylvio and Denise (Laliberté) Rivard, 2 brothers Jean-Paul (Jean) and Gerald Rivard.

Cremation has taken place and family and friends are invited to Reaume Funeral Home, Tilbury 6 Canal Street West, for visitation on  Friday September 22, 2023 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.  There will be Knights of Columbus prayers at 2 p.m. and  internment to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery Tilbury.
