Gladys cared deeply for her family and enjoyed having her family home whenever possible. Gladys maintained a very full social life throughout the years. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing cards, and was a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Stoney Point Lioness. Gladys also spent many years involved in local politics in Tilbury North Township. Gladys had a passion for golfing and was a member at the Tilbury Golf Club, where she was able to claim a Hole in One. She also achieved club champion status for the Ladies 18 hole league. Later in life Gladys became a real estate agent and worked in a local real estate office until she retired.
Although Gladys’ time at the Hudson Manor was short she enjoyed making new friends and participating in all activities at her new home.
