63 years, of Tilbury, passed away at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Sunday, January 8, 2023.  Loving father of Kristin (Chris) Kelly, Andrew (Jami) Ouellette, Courtney Ouellette, Jordan Ouellette (Mandee), and Tyler Ouellette.  Cherished papa of Ashlin, Evelyn, Madelyn, MacKenzie, Carter, Ariana, Alivia, and Myah.  Predeacesed by parents Rose and Joe Ouellette. Dear brother of Sherry Ouellette (Bruce Shingler).  Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery at a later date.
