75 years of Jeannette's Creek, passed away peacefully at Chatham-Kent Hospice surrounded by loved ones, on May 12th, 2022.  Beloved wife of the late William Matthys.  Loving mother of Colette (Darrin) Nolan, William Jr. (Antoinette) Matthys, and Mark (Jenni) Matthys.  Cherished grandma of Wesley (Lori) Beaudoin, Michelle (Mitch) Frappier, Marissa Nolan (late Joseph 2020), Mackenzie Nolan (Trent),  Landon and Dylan Matthys, Ella and Carter Matthys.  Loved great-grandma to Sophie and (late Everly 2021) Beaudoin.  Pre-deceased by parents Edgar and Helen Peltier.  Dear sister of (late) Jim (Diane) Peltier, (late) Mary (surviving husband Dave (Judy) Goodreau), and Gerald (Elaine) Peltier.  Dear daughter-in-law of (late) Victor and Delphine Matthys.  Dear sister-in-law of  Georgette (late Gerard) Derikx, (late) Monique (surviving husband John) Gardiner, Tony (Diane) Matthys, and (late) Lea (surviving husband Tom (Elaine) McLean). Dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Monday, May 16th and Tuesday, May 17th from 2-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M.  Parish prayers 8 P.M.
