DRUMMOND, Ivan

Passed away at Erie Shores Hospice on March 22, 2022 at the age of 95 years. Loving husband of the late Winnifred Drummond (nee Burke). Devoted dad to Ron Drummond (Janet Blackburn), Al (Elaine) Drummond and Doris (Rob) Vandecaveye. Cherished grandpa of Jeff Drummond, Stacey (Mike) Jones, Adrian (Ann) Drummond, Chad (Sara) Drummond, Laura (Gary) Johns, Nicole Drummond, Doug Vandecaveye and Rachel Vandecaveye. Proud grandpa of 13 1/2 great grandchildren. Son of the late Archie and Blanche Drummond (nee Loveless). Brother of the late Helen (late Bruce) Crosby, late Esther (late Lorne) Franklin, late Jane (late Jack) Fox, late Ila (late Earl) Copeman, Margaret (late Lawrence) Goodreau, Alda Charron and late Arlo (Fran) Drummond. Brother In-law to the late Gordon Burke, late Edith (late George) Armstrong and late Henry Burke. Family, community and his religion were the foundation of his life. Ivan was a proud military veteran of the Royal Canadian Armed Forces, an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He especially enjoyed square dancing, travelling, farming and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation  at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St West, Tilbury on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 6-9 p.m. a Royal Canadian Legion walk through will take place at 7p.m. and Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 9:30 -10:30 a.m. Funeral service to commence at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Private interment at Rosedale Cemetery, Tilbury.
