Obituary of Mary Ruth Malott

MALOTT, Mary Ruth (nee Goerzen)

Born Feb 13, 1960 - March 15, 2022.  Devoted and loving wife of Dwain Malott, for 39 years.  Compassionate and loving mother of  Amanda (Phil) DesJardine, Donna Malott (Steve Paquette), Heather Malott, Sarah Malott (Bryce Cherry), and William Malott (Sarah Martin).  Dear daughter of Helen Goerzen and the late Jacob Goerzen (2015).  Daugther-in-law of the late Ayerist Malott (2008) and Dorothy Malott (2013).  Cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren.  Dear sister of Judy Jones, Tom Goerzen, Kathy Goerzen, and Terry Goerzen. Mary will be be missed by many nieces and nephews.  She was a member of the Merlin Legion.  Mary was Dwain's partner in dance and in life and will be missed by all who knew her.  Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held on April 2nd, 2022 at the Merlin Legion from 1pm-3pm.  It will be a time of remembrance followed by a light luncheon.  Donations to Merlin Legion gratefully appreciated.
