It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Sylvin Dollard Mailloux on January 9, 2022, in his 88 year. He will be missed by his loving wife Anna Mae Mailloux. He leaves behind 4 daughters, Suzette (Kevin) Kimball, Rachel (Tom) Mullen, Jeannine (Brian) Baute, and Monique (Larry) Caron. Beloved Pepe to Jennifer Mullen (Derek Dendooven), Sarah Baute, Stephen (Marissa) Baute, Jordan (Jenelle) Caron, and Pip to Jacob Giroux, Aiden, and Denica Dendooven. Predeceased by his parents Romeo and Rose Marie Mailloux and sister Carmel (Wilfrid) Laprise. Sylvin farmed his entire life and retired from Navistar truck plant in 1980. He loved sports and going to see his grandchildren at different activities. A special thank you to the staff at Riverview Gardens for their loving commitment and care given during his stay. There will be a private family showing. A funeral mass with family and friends will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 14, 2022, at St.Francis Xavier Church. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you must preregister for the Funeral Mass at the following link: https://signup.com/go/qZuvWYo  as space is limited or call, 519-682-0110 between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A private family burial at Annunciation Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers donations in memory can be made to the Alzheimers Society  or St.Francis Xavier Church Building Fund.
