Obituary of Charlie Pinsonneault

PINSONNEAULT, Charles

85 years, of Stoney Point, passed away suddenly, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.  Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Houle).  Loving father of Joseph & Ginette Pinsoneault, Gerald & Shelley Pinsonneault, Pierre & Nancy Pinsonneault, Gisele & Brad Williamson, and Marguerite Rindlisbacher (Robin Mole).  Cherished pépé of David, Lianne, Matthew, Ashley, Trevor, Amber, Brittany, Jessica, Evan, Catherine, Courtney, and Kyle and great-pépé of Lyv, Tye, Aurora, Lyric, Blake, Alex, Loïc, Flynn, Oliver, Xavier, Sebastian, and Caspian.  Son of the late Romuald and Emily (nee Markham) Pinsonneault.  Brother of Sr. Angela Pinsonneault O.S.U. (1995), Catherine (1921), Louis (2007) (surviving Rosella) (Rachelle, 1979), Alice Pinsonneault (2014), Claire (1998) (Etienne, 1982) Roy, Rosabel (2015) (Jean-Maurice, 2005) Charlesbois, Richard (2013) (Angele, 2016) Pinsonneault, Helen (Rene, 2021) Mailloux, Raymond (Eleanor) Pinsonneault, and Marie (1965) (Roger, 1998) Pinsonneault.  Brother-in-law of Rose Marie (Roger) Laprise, Jeannette (Richard "Whitey") Durocher, Corinne (Lawrence) Lanoue, Phillip (Noella) Houle, and Madeline (Gary) Collier.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Charlie was a native of Stoney Point and a retired dairy farmer.  He was a caretaker at Annunciation Church for 15 years and an active member and past Grand Knight of the Visitation Knights of Columbus 3rd degree Council #8783 and a member of the 4th Degree Andrew Michael Taggart Assembly #0888.  Knights of Columbus 3rd and 4th degree prayers Thursday at 8:00 p.m.  Family and friends will be received at Visitation Parish Church on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to time of Funeral Mass at 3:00 p.m.  Cremation to follow.  A private interment service will be held at Annunciation Cemetery, Stoney Point at a later date.  Memorial donations to Visitation Church Building Fund or Ronald McDonald House appreciated.
