DERBECKER, Katherine (nee Teichroeb)

64 years, of Tilbury, passed away at LHSC-University Campus, London on Sunday, March 14, 2021.  Beloved wife of the late Gary Derbecker (2004).  Loving mother of Tina Meloche (Jesse Trepanier) and stepmother of Mary-Ann (Francis) Barnier.  Devoted grandmother of Brittany, Meghan, Kiera, and Brendan.  Cherished daughter of Katharina and the late Peter Teichroeb, and step-father Jacob Klassen.  Dear sister of John (Grace) Teichroeb, late Jake (surviving wife Eva) Teichroeb, Martin (Sue) Teichroeb, Nancy (Neil) Unger, late Peter (surviving wife Kathy) Teichroeb, Margaret (Paul) Oickle.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  A special thank you to the staff at CKHA and LHSC-University Campus for their exceptional care and compassion.  Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 2-6 p.m.  Due to COVID-19 regulations you must register at the following link signup.com/go/ThvaGuE or call 519-682-0110 between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  A private funeral service will be held with Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Tilbury.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made online to the Heart and Stroke Foundation  donorportal.ca/Donation/Donation
