Elizabeth "Betty" Bisnaire

1937-2020

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth "Betty", at 83 years, on Wednesday, December 23. Much loved mother of Chris Donais. Predeceased by her beloved husband Raymond H. Bisnaire (1986). Betty played a significant role in the lives of the Bisnaire children (J.P. & Catherine, Ray & Deb, Roger & Paula, Rochelle, Yvette, Jackie & Len) and grandchildren. Betty is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.  Predeceased by her parents Ora Rivard (2015) and Fred Rivard (1961) and sister Joyce Ann (1944). Survived by her siblings Barb (Don, 2015) Boug, Dona (Claire) Atkinson, Jeannette (Jack) McKinlay, Jim (Barb) Rivard and Judy Rivard. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.  Betty loved her home and garden. She worked hard and had many talents. She made the best pies and tarts and often acknowledged kindnesses with her gift of baking. She could cook, clean, grow, can and preserve anything. She loved decorating and was always ready to take on a renovation project.  In her last years, she was saddened when she could not contribute as she used to. We hope/pray that she is now in a peaceful place.  Cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Tilbury at a later date.  Donations to the Alzheimer Society appreciated.  Online condolences may be shared at www.reaumefh.com
